Dr. Yaz Osho is an academic at the University of Westminster. She lectures in the areas of entrepreneurship, social enterprise, and research methods. She is a freelance researcher and interviewer and has research interests in widening participation in entrepreneurship; ethnicity and higher education; student entrepreneurship and techniques to navigate imposter syndrome.
Yaz is a founder of two social businesses: Black, Academic and Minority Ethnic Women Academics (BAMEWA) and has recently founded Black Academic Network (BAN). Both organisations seek to support under-represented academics in the academy by amplifying their voices and offering peer support.
