Christian Jahn is head of the Inclusive Business Action Network (iBAN) secretariat and responsible for the management of the global programme. With more than 20 years' experience in international development cooperation, with a focus on health systems, popular dynamics and social franchise systems, he has been iBAN's Executive Director since September 2015.
Susann Tischendorf leads the communication and digital innovation agenda of iBAN and is passionate about using digital innovation and multi-platform storytelling for the benefit of society. She has a wide range of experience in stakeholder engagement and advocacy for topics of global relevance, including private sector development and disaster risk finance.
