Estelle Uba is a Junior Multimedia Reporter at Pioneers Post.
She studied a Master’s degree in International Journalism at City, University of London, before completing an all-editorial summer internship at The Guardian, followed by a video production internship at Agence-France Presse. Prior to studying her Master’s, she studied BA English and Sociology at the University of Leeds, and spent her final year studying in Montpellier, France.
She is also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Gen-Z Talks Magazine, a youth-led publication, and volunteers at Young Africa Centre as a content creator, event host and interviewer.
She is passionate about reporting on the intersections between identity, community, society and culture. She was born and raised in London, loves to travel the world and can speak French and Spanish.
